<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump dryer with improved performance in starting drying operation. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump dryer provides a storage 2A to store an object to be dried, a compressor 5, a heat radiator 9, and a heat pump 3 wherein a refrigerant circuit 4 is formed of an expansion means 10 and an evaporator 11 and dries the object in the storage 2A by flowing the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 5 into the heat radiator 9, expansion means 10 and the evaporator 11 and circulating air from the heat radiator 9 to the evaporator 11 through the storage 2A. In this heat pump dryer, a second evaporator 21 is connected in parallel to the expansion means 10 and the evaporator 11 through a second expansion means 19, and the second evaporator 21 is housed in the cooling storage 23 provided in an air circulating channel so that the refrigerant circulates either to the evaporator 11 or the second evaporator 21 alternatively according to the operational steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
