PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times for transferring conductive paste to the surface of a substrate sheet. SOLUTION: The printer includes: a sheet supply section 1 for paying out and supplying the wound substrate sheet 61; a recess formation section 10 for forming a substrate recess 61b on one surface of the substrate sheet 61; an opposing section 11 that is allowed to abut on the other surface of the substrate sheet 61 and presses the substrate sheet 61 against the recess formation section 10; and a squeegee 22 for passing conductive paste 70 placed on a screen plate 27 through a through hole provided on the screen plate 27 for transferring into a substrate recess 61b. At a downstream side of the squeegee 22, a returning section 30 that abuts on the other surface of the substrate sheet 61 and presses back the substrate recess 61b where the conductive paste 70 has been transferred for flattening is provided. At a downstream side of the returning section 30, a cutting section 50 for cutting the substrate sheet 61 through the returning section 30 to a prescribed size is provided.
