<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting apparatus for conducting data transmission through suppression in deterioration of sound quality by selecting a sampling frequency of voice data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The data transmitting apparatus includes a switch 33 for selecting the sampling frequency of the voice data, an analog/digital converter 34 for analog/digital conversion of the voice data based on the selected sampling frequency, a transmitter 3 having a transmission processing part 35 for transmission process of the data outputted from the analog/digital converter, a reception processing part 45 for reception process of the data from the transmitter, a switch 43 for selecting the sampling frequency of the voice data, and a receiver 4 having a digital/analog converter 44 for outputting the voice data by digital/analog conversion of the data outputted from the reception processing part based on the selected sampling frequency.
