PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an extension telephone directory function using the newest correspondence even if changing the correspondence between an employee and an extension number. SOLUTION: A data communication section 16 for communicating data with a personal affairs server 30 is provided. The personal affairs server 30 is accessed via the data communication section 16 according to an extension number search request transmitted from an extension telephone terminal 21. The extension number, which corresponds to employee identifying information designated by the extension number search request, is searched from a personal affairs DB 31 in the personal affairs server 30 to inform the extension telephone terminal 21.
