<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin sheet for a gasket with a filling material which has excellent sealing performance and a high stress relaxation ratio at a high temperature, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and a sheet gasket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this sheet for a gasket including a fluororesin and a filling material, the average particle diameter of the filling material is 2-30 μm, and a content of the filling material is 30-46 capacity% in the sheet for a gasket. The 13 capacity% or higher of an aluminum oxide is included in the filling material. The method of manufacturing the same has a rolling process for passing a mixture which includes fluororesin, the filling material and an auxiliary between a two-shaft roll, a process for drying the sheet obtained by the rolling process, and a process for burning the dried sheet.
