<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain uniform comfortability at all positions in a cabin and high energy-saving effect with an inexpensive constitution by simple control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An air conditioner for the vehicle includes: a main air conditioner 3; a first heat exchanger 15; second heat exchangers 17, 19; and a circulation means 21 for circulating cooling water between these. The heat exchanger 15 is arranged in an air-blowing passage 23 of the main air conditioner 3 to perform heat exchange with an evaporator 13, and a rear seat 27 side is cooled by the heat exchangers 17, 19.
