<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film which can be adhered easily without wrinkling or distortion even if adhered to an object to be adhered without using a machine and allows repeated adhesion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The protective film has a first adhesive resin layer 2 and a second adhesive resin layer 3 at one side of a supporting substrate 1 formed of polyolefin. The first adhesive resin layer is formed on the whole surface of the supporting substrate, and the second adhesive resin layer is formed on the whole surface of the first adhesive resin layer in a pattern form.
