EVALUATION INDEX SETTING METHOD AND PROGRAM THEREOF

It is possible to appropriately evaluate durability required for operating a windmill and set a practical evaluation index. Provided is an evaluation index setting method including: a first step which acquires load time-sequence data acting on a portion of a windmill to be evaluated when operation is performed under a predetermined condition and obtains stress time-sequence data from the load time-sequence data; and second step which acquires a minimum destruction resistance value required for the portion to-be-evaluated to maintain a predetermined intensity and decide a required destruction resistance value serving as an index according tothe destruction resistance value.
