PURPOSE: A changeable variable surgical access device is provided to supply an Inter-somatic operation access, and to facilitate an operation inside a body of a patient while keeping the ventilation. CONSTITUTION: A changeable variable surgical access device comprises the following: a flexible base(54) including hard sealing ports(52) while being extended to a housing(56); and a sealing element(60) included in the housing. The flexible base selectively induces each hard sealing port to set a tool to be extended through the sealing element. The hard sealing ports are selectively movable in between a near position to a far position inside the housing. The hard sealing ports are different from each other and include a different central longitudinal axis with the housing.
