<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of suppressing internal infiltration of the moisture adhered to a ventilation filter. <P>SOLUTION: A ventilation filter 13 is placed over an inner holding cylinder 12 so that a rear end opening 36 of the inner holding cylinder 12 is covered via an O-ring 15. Next, an outer-holding cylinder 14 is placed over the ventilation filter 13 so that an outer-cylinder occluded part 31 covers the rear end opening 36 and an outer-cylinder cylindrical part 32 surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the inner-holding cylinder 12, thereby catching the O-ring 15 and the ventilation filter 13 between the outer-cylinder cylindrical part 32 and the inner-holding cylinder 12. Then, the O-ring 15 and the ventilation filter 13 are compressed in between the outer cylinder cylindrical part 32 of the outer-holding cylinder 14 and the inner-holding cylinder 12 and swaged in a radial direction via the outer-cylinder cylindrical part 32 of the outer-holding cylinder 14 in this state to form swaged parts 26 and 27. Thus, a compressed state of the ventilation filter 13 is held by a bent part 81 of the inner-holding cylinder 12 and the outer-cylinder occluded part 31 of the outer holding cylinder 14 to fix the inner-holding cylinder 12 and the outer-holding cylinder 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
