<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of detection performance of physical form information even when an article attached with an RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) tag moves, in the RFID tag and an RFID system. <P>SOLUTION: This RFID tag 20 is attached to the article, and wirelessly transmits the physical form information of the article. The RFID tag 20 has an oscillator circuit 47 for generating a sub carrier, and has a configuration wherein a frequency of the sub carrier is changed based on the physical form information of the article. Thereby, because the frequency of the sub carrier does not change even if a distance between a reader/writer and the RFID tag 20 changes, the deterioration of the detection performance of the physical form information is suppressed even when the article moves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
