<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and sufficiently perform a work of wiring a wire harness deep into a link base and to inhibit a damage to the wire harness and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Wall portions 12, 13 are provided on both sides of a base wall 11 of the link base 1 opposing to each other, a link arm 2 is rotatably pivoted between the wall portions, a protector 7 inserted with the wire harness 6 therethrough is interposed into an opening 8 surrounded by the base wall, the wall portions, and an end 4 of the link arm on the pivot side, and the wire harness is folded at a spout 20 on an insertion tip side of the protector to be wired bending along the end 4 of the link arm on the pivot side. The spout 20 is arranged to be directed to the end 4 of the link arm 2 on the pivot side. A harness securing portion 18 protrudes from the spout 20 toward the end 4 of the link arm 2 on the pivot side. The protector 7 is inserted obliquely upward slidingly along the tilted base wall 11.
