PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of achieving space saving by efficiently disposing a liquid side distributor and a gas side distributor connected to a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a centrifugal blower 7 provided in a substantially center part of a body, sucking in indoor air from an inlet port, and radially blowing out the indoor air, a substantially U-shaped heat exchanger 10 disposed so as to surround a periphery of the centrifugal blower 7, a distributor 4 connected to one end of the heat exchanger 10, and a header 5 connected to another end of the heat exchanger 10. The heat exchanger 10 is a cross fin tube type heat exchanger provided with fins 1, 2, 3 vertical to an axial direction of a heat transfer tube with an interior to be used as a passage of coolant, and it is characterized by that one pass of the heat transfer tube is configured by a one and half round trip of three rows of the fins 1, 2, 3.
