PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid enclosed type vibration isolator which has a novel construction and can reveal a vibration isolating effect against the vibration of a plurality of frequency bands. SOLUTION: The fluid enclosed type vibration isolator composes the bulkhead parts of a pressure receiving chamber 114 and an intermediate chamber 118 by a movable bulkhead 50 on which elastic displacement is allowed, composes the bulkhead parts of the intermediate chamber 118 and an equalizing chamber 116 by an elastic movable membrane 52, and composes a dynamic damper by tuning up the second orifice passage 122 bringing the intermediate chamber 118 into fluid communication with the pressure receiving chamber 114 to a higher frequency zone than the first orifice passage 120 bringing the equalizing chamber 116 into fluid communication with the pressure receiving chamber 114 and further tuning up the natural frequency of the movable bulkhead 50 to a higher frequency zone than the second orifice passage 122 and further provides nonlinear stopper mechanisms 92, 56, 94, 98 which nonlinearly limit an amount of displacement of the movable bulkhead 50.
