PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tightening or twist of a part of a loop material between its part which is pressed by a presser foot of a sewing machine and its part which is clamped by a clamping means during cloth feeding movements of the sewing machine and thereby to sew belt loops in a uniform shape and of high quality by the sewing machine. SOLUTION: A device for supplying a loop material is provided with an X-direction moving means 11 which moves the clamping means 3 in the X-direction and a Y-direction moving means 12 which moves the clamping means 3 in the Y-direction. A control means 17 controls driving of the X-direction moving means 11 and the Y-direction moving means 12 for moving the clamping means 3 in accordance with feeding of a sewn product body 21 in synchronization with cloth feeding movements of the sewing machine 2 for feeding the sewn product body 21 in accordance with the shape to be sewn when the sewing machine 2 sews the loop material 20 on the sewn product body 21.
