PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricity in both rolling bearings 5 and 6 and an oil seal 9 even if a vehicle turns to the right or the left, in a differential for returning oil in a casing 1 to the ring gear 4 side after introducing the oil to the two rolling bearing 5, 6 sides for supporting a drive pinion shaft 2 to the casing 1 by splashing the oil upward accompanied by the rotation of a ring gear 4. SOLUTION: This differential includes a first carrying passage 21 for receiving and introducing the oil splashed up by the ring gear 4 to a clearance between two rolling bearings 5 and 6, a second carrying passage 22 arranged adjacent in the circumferential direction to the first carrying passage 21 and receiving and introducing the oil splashed up by the ring gear 4 to the inside of the oil seal 9 arranged on the front end side of the casing 1, and coping means 31-37 for moving partial oil to the lean side from the rich side of an oil inflow quantity when the oil flows in a biased manner in one passage out of the two carrying passages 21 and 22.
