<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect abnormality in a tube member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary pressure-receiving part (36) disposed so as to face the inside of a bed room and having pressure in the bed room acting thereon is provided, and a pressure detected by a pressure-receiving part (22) is compared with that detected by the auxiliary pressure-receiving part (36).
