PURPOSE: A three-phase AC electric motor stator core status diagnosis device, a method, and a media including a program thereof are provided to diagnose the core state of a motor stator by compensating a stator resistance loss. CONSTITUTION: A multi-directional magnetic flux passing through a rotary shaft on the surface which is vertical to the rotary shaft of a rotor of a motor is generated(S110). A plurality of input voltages corresponding to a plurality of directions generating the magnetic flux is measured(S120). The diagnosis of the motor stator core state is executed by using correspondence relation between the magnetic flux direction and the input voltage(S130).
