PURPOSE: A composite electronic device, a method for manufacturing the same and a connection structure of the same are provided to improve the heat resistance property of the device by combining an inductor device and an electrostatic discharge protective device. CONSTITUTION: An inductor device and an electrostatic discharge protective device are formed between two magnetic substrates(11a, 11b). The inductor device includes insulation layers and conductive patterns. The insulation layers are composed of resins. The conductive patterns are formed on the insulation layers. The electrostatic discharge protective device includes a base insulation layer, a pair of electrodes and an electrostatic discharge absorbent layer. The electrostatic discharge absorbent layer includes composite of an insulation inorganic material and a conductive inorganic material. The conductive inorganic material is discontinuously dispersed in the matrix of the insulation inorganic material.
