<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing resin particles having both unprecedentedly excellent thermal preservability and melting characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin particles (X) includes: a step of processing resin particles (B) containing a resin (A) composed of a crystalline part (a) having a crystalline polyoxyalkylene polyol (p) as its indispensable component and a non-crystalline part (b) with carbon dioxide (C) in the liquid state or supercritical state, and then removing the (C), wherein the heat of fusion of the obtained (X) measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) satisfies the following expression (1): 0≤H2/H1≤0.9 (1), wherein H1 indicates the heat of fusion (J/g) measured by DSC at the first heating; and H2 indicates the heat of fusion (J/g) measured by DSC at the second heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
