<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for manufacturing spiral stairs improving processing accuracy and assembly accuracy, saving the work space and reducing the manufacturing cost, and to provide a method for manufacturing the spiral stairs using the tool. <P>SOLUTION: The tool 1 for manufacturing spiral stairs includes: an iron board 2 having an upper face 2a marked with a pair of mutually parallel reference lines 3a, 3a and a plurality of reference lines 3c crossing the reference lines 3a, 3a at an angleα; a plurality of formboards 4-8 formed with flat plate members made of iron, arranged at predetermined intervals, positioned to the reference lines 3c and erected on the upper surface 2a of the board 2; and supports 9 placed to maintain the state of erection of the formboards 4-8 relative to the upper face 2a of the board 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
