<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidant packing film and a packing bag for deoxidant which, although having oxygen permeability, can intercept circulation of other components. <P>SOLUTION: The deoxidant packing film is formed of a laminate film obtained by laminating a first film layer made of a plastic film, a nonwoven fabric, and a second film layer made of a plastic film. The first film layer comprises a plastic film made of a porous film having a thickness of 5μm to 3 mm and also having closed holes, wherein the plastic film has the thickness of 10μm or less at the thinnest part in the closed holes and has 500 to 200,000 pieces/cm<SP>2</SP>in density of the closed holes having average opening widths of 0.5 to 300μm.
