摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems wherein measurement error is not sufficiently reduced by a conventional voltage detecting circuit. SOLUTION: A voltage detecting circuit includes: a switch group 11 for selecting at least one of a plurality of battery cells connected in series; a sampling capacitor Cf for keeping the voltage difference between a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal of the battery cell selected by the switch group 11; a measuring part 14 for outputting the detection voltage value signal according to the voltage difference between both ends of the sampling capacitor Cf; a transmission switch 12 for transferring the voltage difference generated between both ends of the sampling capacitor Cf to the measuring part 14; a correction capacitor Cc arranged with the input terminal of the measuring part in parallel between the transmission switch 12 and the measuring part; and a discharge switch SWca, arranged with the correction capacitor Cc in parallel, whose opening/closing state is exclusively controlled by the transmission switch 12.
