PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element which has an impedance matching function and a high harmonic wave attenuation function, and improves their characteristics. SOLUTION: In the non-reciprocal circuit element (two-port type isolator), a first center electrode 35 and a second center electrode 36 are wound around a ferrite 32 which is applied with a direct-current magnetic field by a permanent magnet, one terminal of the first center electrode 35 is connected to an input port A and the other terminal is connected to an output port B, and one terminal of the second center electrode 36 is connected to the output port B and the other terminal is connected to a ground port C. A matching capacitor C1 and a resistance R are connected between the input port A and the output port B, and a matching capacitor C2 is connected between the output port B and the ground port C. In addition, an impedance matching capacitor Cs1 is connected between an input external terminal electrode IN and the input port A, and a parallel resonance circuit 42 is connected between the capacitor Cs1 and the input external terminal electrode IN.
