PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device for a disk-shaped component, by which platelike materials of various shapes can be machined and productivity of disk-shaped components can be improved in simple configuration. SOLUTION: The machining device 1 for a disk-shaped component includes a die 2 having a completely circular fixed blade 21 formed, a rotary holder 3 rotatable around a rotation center C2 provided on the same axial line as the center axial line C1 of the die 2, and a rotary blade 4 provided on the rotary holder 3 to be capable of idly turning around an idle turning rotation center C3 provided to be vertical to the rotation center C2. The rotary blade 4 is structured to receive the rotation of the rotary holder 3 and move along a circumference of the fixed blade 21. The machining device 1 for the disk-shaped component is structured to receive the rotation of the rotary holder 3 and pressurization force due to the holder 3, and to circumferentially move the rotary blade 4 while rolling and turning it along the circumference of the fixed blade 21 on the surface of the platelike material 80 carried by the die 2, thereby shearing the material 80 for forming the disk-shaped component 8.
