PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load of exchanging an ejector rod and also to reduce a time and cost for exchanging the ejector rod when exchanging a mold in an injection molding apparatus by detachably fixing a part of or all of respective ejector rods to an ejector plate by magnetism in an ejector of the injection molding apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of rod insertion holes 10 are penetratedly formed in a movable platen 3, the plurality of ejector rods 11 are slidably inserted into all of the rod insertion holes 10, and an ejector plate 12 is disposed on the rear face of the movable platen 3. In the ejector rods 11, a plurality of base rods 15 are slidably inserted into all of the rod insertion holes 10, and a base end part is fixed to the ejector plate 12.
