PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means wherein length of signal wiring is easily adjusted and impedance mismatch with external wiring is not caused, by solving such a problem that the signal wiring must be formed so as to thread between through-holes to lead out the signal wiring in a desired direction, so that the means requires a structure including many turning-over portions. SOLUTION: When a dielectric substrate is viewed at a cross section which is parallel to a principal surface of an insulating substrate and includes a circuit conductor 5, a plurality of through conductors 11 are each arranged on a plurality of linear regions X, and an interval L1 between adjacent through conductors in the linear region is smaller than a distance L3 between the through conductors positioned in adjacent linear regions in the wiring board.
