<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water boiler securing durability of a combustion chamber and efficiently providing hot water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hot water boiler is provided with: the combustion chamber 1 for burning fuel jetted from a burner 2; and a water storage tank arranged on the outer periphery of the combustion chamber 1 and heated by heat of the combustion chamber 1. The combustion chamber 1 comprises corrosion proof metal, and fins 9 consisting of a material with high heat conductivity are arranged on the outer side of the combustion chamber 1. The fin 9 has a shape formed by bending a copper sheet to have a V-shape and arranging a bar-shaped fixing piece along a valley bent to form the V-shape, and the fixing piece and the combustion chamber 1 are welded to each other to be fixedly brought into contact with each other.
