PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device or the like for surely memorizing English words or the like for a user performing exercise. SOLUTION: The delivery device replaces accents of words or the like being memorized objects with memorized object voice data pronounced to be matched with timing equivalent to strong beats of one measure so as to deliver part of musical pieces for exercise delivered to the user for the user.
