<p>A non-pneumatic tire having less rolling resistance than a solid tire, providing better drive comfort and driveabilty than the solid tire, and having a weight drastically reduced from a conventional link-type non-pneumatic tire. A non-pneumatic tire (2) is mounted to a circular mounting section (3) to constitute a wheel (1). The non-pneumatic tire (2) is provided, in a state in which the wheel (1) is constituted, with a tread (7) extending in the tire's circumferential direction and provided to the mounting section (3) so as to be located on the outer side thereof in the tire's radial direction, link mechanisms (8) mounted to the mounting section (3) with intervals in the circumferential direction and connecting the tread (7) to the mounting section (3) in such a manner that the tread (7) can move in the tire's lateral direction and the radial direction, and ring-like members (9L, 9R) extending in the circumferential direction to connect circumferentially adjacent link mechanisms (8) to each other and generating reaction force against displacement of the tread (7) relative to the mounting section (3).</p> |
