BEARING WITH RESIN-MADE PULLEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat radiation performance of a rolling bearing while preventing a resin-made pulley from creeping.

SOLUTION: A peripheral groove 17 to be filled with resin of the resin-made pulley 18 is provided in the outer peripheral part of an outer ring 13. Both end faces of the inner peripheral part of the resin-made pulley 18 are positioned on an inner side in the axial direction more than both end faces of the outer ring 13, and a metallic heat radiation plate 21 is fitted into the end of the outer ring 13. This heat radiation plate 21 is constituted by forming an inner ring coming into contact with the end face of the outer ring 13 like an inward facing flange from an outer ring 22 along the end of the outer ring 13. Area of exposed end and end face of the outer ring 13 to be exposed is increased by the outer ring part 22 of the heat radiation plate 21 fitted into the end of the exposed outer ring 13 and the inner ring 23 coming into contact with the end face of the outer ring 13 to improve the heat radiation performance of the rolling bearing 11. It is also possible to prevent the resin-made pulley 18 from creeping due to the friction resistance caused between the side face of the peripheral groove 17 of the outer ring 13 and the resin in the peripheral groove 17.
