<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impulse drive type organic light-emitting display device, wherein the compensation is performed so as not to causing inter-pixel luminance unevenness to compensate deterioration of a thin film transistor and an organic light-emitting element of with time, even if a threshold voltage and field effect mobility of a driving transistor are not uniform or if the light-emitting element deteriorates. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes a plurality of display pixels, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of sensing lines. Each display pixel includes: a driving transistor; a capacitor; a first switching transistor; a light-emitting element; a second switching transistor connected between the sensing line and the output terminal of the driving transistor; and a third switching transistor connected between the output terminal of the driving transistor and the light-emitting element, wherein the driving transistor is a p-channel electric field effect transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
