<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor mounting structure and a measurement indicator from which a biosensor can be easily pulled out without damaging electrodes disposed on the one end of the biosensor, even when there are many electrode terminals of the measurement indicator and the electrode of the biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor mounting structure 10 of the measurement indicator 12, to which the biosensor 18 having a projected part (a part to be engaged) 16 on the side of the surface 14 is mounted so as to enable to measure, is composed by including a holding means 20 for holding the biosensor 18 so as to enable to measure, and a release means 22 for releasing the biosensor 18 held by the holding means 20.
