<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink removing plate printing fine patterns of a high resolution part by a one time reverse offset printing with no pattern lack due to omission of ink in a low resolution section, using a reverse offset printing method, when the high resolution part having a fine pattern like a black matrix part and a frame part in a color filter, and a low resolution part having a large pattern coexist. <P>SOLUTION: The ink removing plate comprises a plate substrate having recessed and protruded foundation and a metallic layer provided in a form corresponding to the form of the protruded foundation all over the protruded foundation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
