<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for estimating a process capable of extensively and estimating data regarding a process, with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A soft sensor 4 receives not only a sensor value, and the like, from a plant 1 but virtual output from a tracking simulator 3. By inputting the virtual output from the tracking simulator 3, together into a model formula (a mathematical statistics model), the soft sensor 4 can receive physical quantity, chemical composition amount, and the like immeasurable by the plant 1; and accordingly, a more high-precision model can be constructed, and the properties, and the like, of a product can be estimated more correctly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
