PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with an accessory which game balls appropriately enter a special win slot when a small win state is generated immediately after a jackpot state is completed. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine with the accessory 4 provided with electric members which can be changed into a position where the game balls that flew into the game chamber can easily enter the special win slot and a position where the game balls cannot easily enter the special win slot includes: a stop command-outputting means for outputting a stop command to stop the electric members at a specific timing; a position detecting means for detecting the position where the electric members coincide with each other when the stop command is output by the stop command-outputting means; a stop controlling means for controlling so as to temporarily stop the electric members at a position detected by the position detecting means; and a command outputting means for outputting a command so as to reactivate the electric members at a specific time course after the electric members are temporarily stopped.
