<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management device for managing the number of candidates configuring a group with high accuracy without manual work. <P>SOLUTION: A group management device 1 manages a customer in a vehicle (customer who has shared the vehicle) as one group for each vehicle using a parking lot. A plurality of operation terminals 2 are connected to the group management device 1 for enabling data communication. An operation terminal 2 is operated by a customer who has parked a vehicle in a parking lot when registering an occupant in the vehicle as a group in the group management device 1. A camera 3 is installed in each operation terminal 2, and configured to transmit a pickup image through the connected operation terminal 2 to the group management device 1.
