<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel and a solar photovoltaic power generator capable of efficiently generating power by the sun which carries out diurnal motion. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery panel 102 has: a solar battery cell 104 that generates electric power depending on light received at a receiving surface; and a transparent body 118 that amplifies a luminous flux density of oblique incidence light, leads the amplified oblique incidence light to the receiving surface of the solar battery cell 104, and leads both vertical incidence light and substantially vertical incidence light to the receiving surface of the solar battery cell 104, substantially as they are. A group of discrete oblique incidence regions forming a relatively large angle to the receiving surface of the solar battery cell 104 and covering a relatively small range, and a flat vertical incidence region forming a relatively small angle to the receiving surface of the solar battery cell 104 and covering a relatively large range, are provided on the upper surface of the transparent body 118. A group of fine optical elements that amplify the luminous flux density of the oblique-incidence light which is incident on the oblique incidence region and lead it to the receiving surface is formed discretely outside the vertical incidence region, on the upper surface of the transparent body 118. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
