<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector having good flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector is structured so as to arrange a radiation detection circuit portion 10 having an array of switching elements of a matrix arrangement which detects radiation having penetrated a subject and converts it to signal electric charge and where pixels are to be formed in a flexible portion 30 and a control circuit portion 62 having a driving circuit driving the switching elements and a signal reading circuit reading the signal electric charge from the pixels in a stiff portion 34. That structure prevents so-called discrete parts from being arranged in the flexible portion 30 brought into contact with the subject 14 and provides good flexibility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
