<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping tube and a machine device using the same capable of lengthening a service life by restraining the generation of a crack even in use in an environment of low temperatures to high temperatures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the piping tube 10, an outside surface of a silicone tube 1 is covered with a Teflon coating layer 4. Predetermined gas and liquid are sent in the silicone tube 1 as indicated by an arrow 20. A water molecule 3a in the atmosphere is repelled by the coating layer 4, and even if the piping tube 10 is exposed to an atmosphere not higher than the freezing point, the silicon tube 1 can be prevented from being made fragile.
