<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaker which provides large vibration without enlarging the size thereof and reduces sound caused by vibration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the shaker, a coil 13 is wound around an annular frame which is arranged so as to surround a plate-shaped vibrator 3 from a peripheral direction, in a manner of surrounding an outer periphery of the vibrator 3. The vibrator 3 is equipped with a plate 5 and magnets 7, 9. The magnets 7, 9 are disposed so as to hold the plate 5 therebetween by facing fellow same poles to each other and a notch 10 of almost sectorial shape is provided at the magnet 7.
