PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CR oscillation clock-incorporated microcomputer capable of determining whether or not period adjustment of a CR oscillation clock has been completed. SOLUTION: A determination circuit determines whether or not a value indicated by an external oscillation pulse counter is settled between a value indicated by a lower limit count number setting register and a value indicated by an upper limit count number setting register (S170). If it is determined that the value is settled therebetween (S170:Yes), the determination circuit performs counting-up by adding "1" to a value stored in a correction completion counter (S180). An output circuit judges thereafter whether or not a count number of the correction completion counter is equal to or more than a value stored in a correction completed count number setting register (S190). If it is judged that the value is equal to or more than the stored value (S190:Yes), the output circuit inputs to a correction completion register "1" (information indicating the period adjustment has been completed) (S200). Then, these steps are repeated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
