<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color display device capable of displaying at high definition and easy in manufacturing, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The color display device is constituted of a plurality of pixels provided on a substrate and each of the pixel is provided with an organic electroluminescent layer emitting white color light and a color filter, and at least two kinds of subpixels emitting the light of different wavelengths and a white color subpixels constitute the color display device. The white color subpixels are area-divided into at least two kinds of sub-subpixels emitting the light of different wavelengths, and each of the sub-subpixels has the organic electroluminescent layer emitting white color light and the color filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
