<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary printing machine wherein equipment structure can be compact in size and also equipment cost can be kept low, thus enabling the optimal stoppage of the delivery of a web. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary printing machine 10 includes a printing unit U which performs printing while delivering the web W by rotating a plurality of printing cylinders in conjunction with the rotation of a plurality of driving motors 20, 28, 30, 38, 40, 45 and control units 25, 29, 35, 39, 43, 47, 50, 51 which control the delivery speed of the web W by the printing unit U. Each control units has a communication part P which outputs speed rates and a plurality of motor drivers 25, 29, 35, 39, 43, 47 which control the respective driving motors based on the output speed rate, the communication part P outputting a speed reduction rate A2 for a power failure immediately after the power failure occurs and outputting a corrective speed reduction rate A3 for the power failure which is a smaller speed reduction rate than the speed reduction rate A2 for the power failure after regenerative operations of the respective driving motors start during the power failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
