<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a manufacturing method for restraining sagging of a torque receiving surface 19a of a groove part 17a formed by coining processing. <P>SOLUTION: Cutouts 25a and 25b are formed in both end parts in the axial direction of a part to form a groove part 17a out of a raw projection plate part 24 before forming the groove part 17a. Next, the groove part 17a is formed in this raw projection plate part 24 by applying the coining processing to the raw projection plate part 24. Thus, pressurizing force can be reduced by the coining processing, and the material movement gets hard in the coining processing, and the sagging of the torque receiving surface 19a is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
