<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement compressor capable of precluding the occurrence of wear dust by preventing the outer race of a bearing from turning together with a lug plate. <P>SOLUTION: The variable displacement compressor 100 is equipped with a housing 1 and a compressing mechanism 2 installed inside the housing 1 for compressing a refrigerant, wherein the mechanism 2 is provided with a swash plate 4 coupled with a piston 3, the lug plate 6 transmitting the rotational driving force from engine to the swash plate 4 through a drive shaft 5, and the bearing 8 supporting the lug plate 6 on the inner wall 7 of the housing 1 rotatably, wherein the bearing 8 has the outer race 10a supported on the bearing supporting wall 9 of the housing 1, and the bearing supporting wall 9 is furnished with a groove 12 for supplying the oil, having a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the outer race 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
