<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar photovoltaic power generation module improving power generation efficiency by a simple method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The solar photovoltaic power generation module is equipped with: (a) output sections 16, 18; (b) solar photovoltaic power generation cell groups 12-1, 12-2, 12-3 and 12-4; (c) changeover switches 14-1, 14-2, 14-3 and 14-4 for connecting or disconnecting the cell groups to the output sections; (d) a short circuit switch 14-0 for short-circuiting the output sections; (e) a voltage measuring section 21 for measuring the voltages of the cell groups; (f) control sections 22, 23 for controlling the switches; (g) a DC/DC converter 25 for output; (h) a communication section 19 for receiving a command signal for switching the state of the switches and notifying the voltages of the cell groups and a state signal of the state of the switches; (i) a DC/DC converter 24a for control for supplying the power generated by the cell groups to the control sections; and (j) a backup power supply 24b for supplying power to the control sections when the power is not generated.
