PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus which suppresses generation of moire and making space resolution higher. SOLUTION: The nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: a radiation detection part 3 where a plurality of detection units 3a for detecting radiations 14 incident from a radiation source 17 are arranged into a lattice shape; a collimator 2 for restricting the directions of incidence of the radiations 14 incident upon the detection units 3a; and an image creation part 4 for associating positional relations between the plurality of detection units 3a and a plurality of pixels with each other, and creating a diagnostic image for the radiation source 17 based on a count value of detection signals output from the detection units 3a when the radiations 14 are detected. The diagnostic apparatus 1 has an image processing part 5 for computing the degree of asymmetry of spreading of the diagnostic image for the radiation source 17 from the symmetry of the count value, and a moving mechanism 6 for moving the position of the collimator 2 relatively to the radiation detection part 3.
