PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain dispersion in vibration control performance, by restraining positional dislocation when connecting and fixing a pair of partition plates. SOLUTION: A partition body 40 is composed of an annular orifice forming member 44, an elastic wall 46 for blocking a space of its inner peripheral surface and the pair of partition plates 48 and 50 for sandwiching the elastic wall in its axial direction X. A connecting part 56 is composed of a first plane part 64 arranged on one partition plate 50, a fitting projection 66 projecting in the axial direction from there, a fitting recess 68 arranged on the other partition plate 48 and a second plane part 70 arranged in its opening edge. A first welding part 72 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting projection by separating from the first plane part, and a second welding part 74 is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the fitting recess by separating from the second plane part, and the fitting projection and the fitting recess are fitted and fixed by welding the first welding part and the second welding part in a state of oppositely contacting the first plane part and the second plane part.
