PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a scattered radiation, and also to enhance the availability of radiation sources in a radiation tomosynthesis photographing apparatus. SOLUTION: The radiation tomosynthesis photographing apparatus includes a radiation irradiating part 1 which has multiple radiation sources 1a for emitting the radiation toward a subject, and where the multiple radiation sources are arranged by distribution, so as to allow the radiation emitted from the respective radiation sources 1a and transmitting the subject to form a portion of the projection image of the subject. The respective radiation sources 1a are the ones which emit a fan beam radiation, and where the surfaces with the larger spread angle of the fan beam are crossed with the arrayal direction of the multiple radiation sources 1a and are mutually aligned in parallel.
